CANCELLATION POLICY
At Velour Bronze, your time and experience are our priority. To maintain the highest level of service for all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. ⏳ Late Cancellations / No Shows Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours including same-day changes or no call/no shows will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service to the card on file. ⏱ Grace Period Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive later than 10 minutes past your appointment time, your session will need to be rescheduled and will be considered a same-day cancellation, subject to the above policy. ✨Final Sales: Please note: Refunds are not issued for services that have been completed or for appointments paid in full.
